Administrative Assistant (Entry)

What we are looking for

You will provide overall office administrative support, performing routine clerical and accounting tasks. You will report to the Office Services Manager or Assistant Office Services Manager. You will report to the Miami, FL office.

How you can make an impact

Open and sort vendor invoices and statements.
Complete Accounts Payable (A/P) Vouchers. Including checking for appropriate back-up documentation, obtaining proper authorization for payment, and checking past-due balances. Turning in A/P vouchers to corporate accounting twice each month.
Respond to A/P back-up files and purchase order files.
Assist in ordering miscellaneous office supplies.
Assist in checking timesheets and expense reports.
Turning-in check requests to corporate.
Assist in research for justification of and/or corrections to Project Detail Reports.
Assist in the maintenance of the file storage records system.
Setting up lunch meetings, telephone conference calls and occasional errands.
All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred.
Minimum 1 years of relevant office experience.
Valid driver’s license with a driving record in good standing required.

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
