Our Delivery Drivers enjoy a competitive base hourly rate, and they have the opportunity to earn 100% of their tips. Additionally, our delivery teams are incentivized with extra pay for each successful delivery they make. With this compensation structure, you'll have a generous earning potential beyond your hourly rate.

What you will be doing each day:

Deliver merchandise in a timely and professional manner, without damage to merchandise or customer’s property
Ability to provide customer with knowledgeable and polite customer service; including meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Consistently looking for ways meet and succeed customer satisfaction
Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensure that passengers follow safety regulations
Follow company safety procedures for vehicle operation

The responsibilities outlined in this position description are a guideline for the general duties of the position and are not exhaustive of all duties inherent in the job.

We are looking for individuals with:

Ability to work as a team, establish priorities, and be professional
Ability to maintain a positive professional attitude with peers and management
Ability to provide superior customer service to all customers
Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred but not required
Experience with a box truck or something larger than 26 feet
Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing 100-150 pounds
