Responsibilities
- Keep close relationships with the customers to ensure a better understanding of the demands, deliver a sustainable and reliable customer OTS.
- Play the customer forecast wisely to drive a sustainable cost.
- Works closely together with Sales, Program/Project Management to make sure the new demands are fulfilled as expected.
- Works closely together with Supply Chain team, suppliers and division to ensure reliable material on time delivery, avoid the warehouse and production interruptions.
- Provide a consistent and stable production planning to fulfill the customer demand as expected, make plan to maximize the utilization of production resource and minimize the cost impact.
- Manage the planning related customer and supply and internal process changes effectively, make sure on spec and on cost.
- Overall manage the capacity, monitor the capacity utilization regularly, raise capacity demand ahead to prevent delivery risk.
- Monitor the customer and supplier capacity, align and manage the resource demand to make sure consistent delivery without interruptions, raise suggestions to solve issues.
- Advise any potential problems that could adversely affect the supplier delivery and customer delivery.
- Manage the production direct labor requirement to support the customer demand with a highly effective utilization.
- Manage the inventory in healthy to meet target, minimize the obsolete cost.
- Maintain data integrity in Oracle system.
- Coordinate with cross functions to solve the obstacles.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
EDUCATION
Must hold a College Degree, a University Degree is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in Customer Service, Material Plan, Product Material Control, Purchase, or related experience.
- Know well about the Oracle or SAP planning logic and fluent in system operation.
- Skillful in excel, can handle comprehensive analysis fluently.
- Be able to use PPT to do analysis and presentation.
- Good in Oral and written English.
