Job Description
IMMI is seeking a(n) EHS Coordinator to join IMMI Wuxi. This position will use their skills in safety, environment and health to ensure we are providing top quality safety products for our clients.

Responsibilities
- 建立和完善EHS政策方针以及规章制度，推进监督EHS程序文件在公司内的运行，持续减少/消除工厂EHS风险。
Establish and develop EHS policy and programs, supervise EHS procedures running, reduce/eliminate EHS risks continuously.
- 收集、辨识EHS方面的法律法规，评审法律法规的符合性。
Collect and identify EHS laws and regulations ,ensure that the site’s overall EHS performance is in compliance with regulations.
- 组织和提供EHS相关培训（程序文件、法律法规、职业健康、环境管理、三级培训等）。
Organize other departments to ensure relevant training to be effectively carried out and provide training when required.
- 负责特种设备和特种作业人员的管理，建立特种设备登记备案和资料台账，负责组织特种作业人员的资质培训。
In charge of special equipment and special operation people management including equipment registration and special work skill certification.
- 组织评估危险源及其风险，制定危险源的监测、控制措施。
Organize to identify hazard and risk, make monitor and control actions.
- 组织评估职业健康危害，制定控制措施，进行网上申报和维护。
Organize to identify occupational health risks, make control actions and declare to environment bureau.
- 建立特种作业人员和有职业健康危害的人员体检档案，定期分析和追踪。
Establish and manage physical examination archives for special operations and occupational health.
- 编写月度EHS报告，组织召开会议，向相关管理人员汇报EHS工作情况，制定和追踪改进措施。
Hold regular meeting and make EHS report to review EHS performance, communicate existing problems and work out action plan.
- 组织各类伤亡事故的分析调查处理工作，分析事故原因、提出预防措施及改善方案，落实事故责任，做出妥善处理。
Lead investigation to find root cause of all workplace accidents and reported near-miss, propose the solution (including clarify responsibility for implementation) and monitor effectiveness of the corrective action.
- 达成总部制定的安全指标和要求。与总部及兄弟公司建立紧密联系和沟通，按时发出和响应全球安全预警。
Meet all the safety goals and requirements from the corporate. Have close connection and communication with the headquarter and brother companies. Send out and response global safety alert on time.
- 负责EHS工作与相关政府部门的沟通联络，安全环保工作的评审和验收。
Be responsible for working with government or relevant agencies to conduct measurement and review for safety and environment work.
- 负责高风险作业的审核和批准，作业过程的监督审查。实施环境和安全三同时管理制度，编写分析报告和设计方案，组织评审验收。
Be responsible for highrisk work audit and approval, monitor the work process.Implement environment and safety three synchronizations system procedures, work out analysis report and design proposal.
- 负责化学品的日常管理，以及危废的管理计划、网上申报、转移等工作。
Be responsible for chemicals management and transfer of danger chemicals waste.
- 定期组织执行隐患排查和治理，追踪和验证改进措施，定期巡检纠正违章作业。
Regularly organize and conduct safety observation tour to discover potential EHS risk, follow up the findings and actions effectively closure.
- 制定和完善应急管理预案，并培训员工，定期组织演练。
Establish and develop emergency response plan and implement drill.
Be responsible for environment detection, pollution and wastewater discharge permission.
- 监督管理安全、环保设施，编制设备设施的年度维检修计划，保障设施的正常维护和运行。
Supervise safety and environment equipment, work out maintenance plan.
- 建立及完善公司的5S管理。利用5S系统改善办公室和车间的工作环境，增加员工工作效率，提升产品品质。
Establish and improve 5S management in the company. Use 5S system to improve work environment, efficiency, and quality on the production floor and in the office.
Be responsible for 5S management \safety inspection and follow up correct actions.
Other work assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above。 Majored in environment/safety will be preferred.
At least 3 years EHS working experience in manufacturing industry
Familiar with national and local environmental, health and safety regulatory.
- 具备EHS管理体系知识，如ISO14001、当地安全生产评审规范等。
EHS technical expertise about such as ISO14001\local evaluation standard.
- 熟悉5S策划、推广和保持，对5S管理工作独到见解，能独立完成5S相关工作。
Familiar with 5S plan\promotion and keeping, have unique understanding with 5S management, finish 5S work independently.
Accept training for 5S and ISO skills.
Good communication skills
Positive, good organization and coordination ability.
Good read and written skills in Mandarin and English.
