Detailed Description:
- Provides leadership for talent management initiatives in the form of planning, execution, and evaluation of programs across the organization. Uses multiple design methods and leverages technology as needed.
- Collaborates with other members of the HR team and key stakeholders from the business to create and deploy programs and tools that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and department goals, and that consider best practices in talent management.
- Creates and implements innovative, custom solutions to enhance the uniqueness of Brown & Caldwell.
- Prepares and presents information to key stakeholders regarding learning and talent programs, creating buy-in and support for talent management deliverables.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deliverables.
- Leverages industry best practices to inform design of programs and processes.
- Sources and manages external vendors.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organization Development, or a related field required
- 5+ years of Talent Management, Training, OD, or HR experience
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide projects/programs
- Demonstrated ability to partner with HR Business Partners, HR Directors, and Business Leaders to assess needs and implement initiatives.
- Experience with executive succession and high potential program management preferred.
- Experience implementing learning and talent management technologies preferred.
- Experience managing projects across functions.
- Ability to communicate, build relationships, and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles, learning styles, and design best practices applied to a virtual, remote, and hybrid workforce.
- Experience developing and delivering experiential learning.
- Experience implementing company-wide talent management programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- This position requires a customer service oriented, self-motivated, responsive individual who can multi-task and work independently as well as in team environments, often under deadlines.
- Demonstrated flexibility and experience with problem solving, fostering teamwork, managing change, and providing direction for staff essential for this position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Insights Discovery Accredited required
- ICF Certified Executive Coach preferred
- Some travel may be required.
Salary Range:The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A:
Salary $94,000 – $128,000
Location B:
Salary: $103,000 - $141,000
Location C:
Salary: $113,000 - $154,000
