HR Administrative Support Professional - Recruiting

POSITION SUMMARY:

Working as part of the recruitment team by managing candidate communications, promoting job openings, and assisting with various aspects of the hiring process. Duties will include, but are not limited to, fielding calls and emails from candidates, promoting job opportunities on social media and other recruiting platforms, tracking pre-employment requirements for new hires and reconciling staffing agency invoices and other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office at least one half day per week based on your team’s schedule
Field phone calls from candidates and respond to inquiries via email promptly and professionally
Promote open job positions on social media and other recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidates and monitor and respond to engagement
Track pre-employment requirements for new hires, ensuring all necessary pre-employment requirements are completed
Maintain candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment documents
Reconcile staffing agency invoices and period billing
Assist with other administrative tasks related to candidate generation, candidate prescreening, interview scheduling, and the recruitment processes as needed
Conduct compensation surveys to monitor competitor salary offerings
Maintain accurate notes and records
Perform special assignments and projects as requested including supporting other areas of HR department as needed.
Deliver outstanding customer service
Display ethical standards beyond reproach
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work performed

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred (PHR certification is a plus)
Experience working in Human Resources preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with HR systems and web-based applications, specifically UKG and Workday experience desirable
Experience working in a Corporate Office environment
Experience working as part of a team
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively craft and deliver a message verbally and in writing
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task

MINIMUM PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

Must be able to:
- remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time
- lift 10-30 lbs. occasionally

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

A blend of administrative and Human Resource support in an office environment
Significant experience and computer expertise with programs like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential
