Global Prairie is seeking a resilient and committed senior leader with deep expertise in agriculture to shape and build a large-scale integrated team. As a Managing Director in Client Partnership, will play a key leadership role in designing the structure, oversight and success of a team of talented individuals.
The ideal candidate has led the successful deployment of a new account – from developing deep client relationships to designing smart strategic plan to deploying a large team across multiple functions and levels. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Responsible for effectively managing a large piece of Global Prairie client business, ensuring consistency for how the team delivers world class work across multiple portfolios
- Manages the set-up, operationalizing, and deployment of an integrated team – guiding the cohesion, cross-sharing and process management throughout
- As an expert in the agriculture industry, brings expertise and counsel across all project deliverables
- Leverages client relationships to realize opportunities for the mutual benefit of our clients and Global Prairie
- Advises account leadership on how to best fulfill account stakeholders' needs and navigate relationships for the mutual benefit of our clients and Global Prairie
- Fosters client and account team happiness by creating an environment that sets cross-functional teams up for success
- Advises on final scopes of work; provides actionable direction with clear point of view
- Accountable for a portfolio of account(s) financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, staffing
- Identifies opportunities to improve company, account and/or functional team operations, grow business, expand strategic partnerships, and enhance culture, always with a clear point of view and actionable plan
- Works with account leadership to create a strategy and plan of action to organically grow and diversify accounts
- Oversees and drives new business efforts based on relevant need
- As situations arise, fulfills the responsibilities and role of a Director, while proactively seeking staffing solutions to responsibly delegate Director-level work

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS
The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.
