DCS has an exciting opportunity for a Administrative Support/Task Manager providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM). Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) has been tasked with delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network providing resilient decision advantage and enabling the USAF, USSF, Joint, and Coalition Force to win against the pacing challenge. C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BM’s main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational Response Team (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space. The DAF BATTLE NETWORK is the integrated system-of-systems fusing sensors, effectors, and sustainment grids to build situational awareness, make operational decisions, and direct the force to create needed lethal and nonlethal effects in support of the Joint Force Commander’s scheme of maneuver. The DAF PEO C3BM has the responsibility of technically and programmatically integrating the DAF’s larger system-of-systems architecture needed to deliver an integrated Command and Control (C2) core function for the DAF, Joint, and Coalition forces, by teaming with all other DAF PEOs, as needed. The Contractor shall provide Administrative Support Specialist assistance that will provide a multitude of analysis, procedural competency and process improvement strategies with increasing levels of responsibility). This includes staff support for the senior managers and members of the organizational staff. This includes but is not limited to researching and compiling information pertaining to certain projects/topics, reviews Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) packages, prepares factual, clear, concise, complete and appropriately coordinated written communications. This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB. Responsibilities Duties includ e, but not limited to: Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT) Tracking and providing updates on all taskings to completion utilizing proactive coordination with assigned action officers and Senior Leadership. Taskings is defined to mean “suspense” and/or any task assigned to individuals/groups. Preparing staffing packages for review and coordination by both portfolio programs and Directorate senior leadership. Packages will be tasked using appropriate government- provided tasking tracker system and the Contractor will proactively coordinate completion with assigned leadership. Coordinating with the SharePoint Database Manager on Staff Package tracking and Master Task List SharePoint pages. This task includes coordinating the development and conduct management of SharePoint site for archiving all previous taskings/responses. Work with the Directorate Action Group (DAG) and program offices to develop and present Program Management Reviews (PMR) for all programs in the PEO portfolio on a bi-annual basis. Experience handling executive administrative duties in a high-pressure environment. Provides high level administrative support to 2-letter Director in the workplace, such as taking multiple calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, and other office duties. Handles daily administrative tasks for a group of executive professionals to include creating reports and itineraries for leadership, oversees daily activities of the executive office area, and develops meeting agendas for executive briefings. Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf. Maintains comprehensive and accurate records. Performs minor accounting duties. Organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary. Answers phone calls in a polite and professional manner. Welcomes visitors and identifies the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department. Manages the multiple leaderships calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. Experience keeping up with complex schedules and maintaining high-level business relationships. Strong experience in time management and ability to meet deadlines. Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have active Top Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 12 years of experience in the respective professional discipline being performed, five of which are in the DoD.
