We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Consultant to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and promoting a robust safety culture across multiple job sites. Position Overview: As an HSE Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing HSE policies and practices in various locations, primarily focusing on Houston and areas throughout TX, OK, and MO. You will collaborate with teams to foster an environment of safety and compliance while driving continuous improvement in HSE performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and compliance gaps. - Develop and implement HSE management plans, policies, and training programs for diverse work environments. - Collaborate with project teams to address safety concerns and promote HSE best practices. - Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards to ensure compliance across all locations. - Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for leadership and project managers. - Lead HSE training sessions and workshops to enhance awareness and skills among employees and contractors. - Travel to project sites within TX, OK, and MO as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental consulting, preferably in construction, industrial, O&G, or manufacturing sectors. - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other local, state, and federal environmental guidelines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and training. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, or equivalent) is preferred.

Acadian's Safety Management Systems (SMS) deploys registered paramedics specially trained as remote paramedics, HSE consultants, and on-site safety technicians, as well as offers an extensive array of regulatory and compliance training services.
