The Senior Solutions Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing scalable, secure, and efficient ERP solutions. This role ensures Urschel’s ERP system is optimized to meet business needs, integrates seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure, and supports future growth. This position will have direct reports. The position is not remote and will be required to report daily to the Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Epicor working with multiple software implementations. Experience with primary Epicor Core Modules. Experience managing multi-site and multi-company ERP implementations, including configurations for multi-currency and multi-language environments a plus. Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, or similar tools for developing customized dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Proven expertise in implementing and sustaining ERP solutions within manufacturing environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience addressing complex technical challenges. Experience with direct reports is preferred.
