Pittsburgh, PA, you will play a strategic role in shaping our global electronics sourcing strategy. You will collaborate with technology teams and external partners to align commercial and technological needs, ensuring long-term success through strong supplier relationships and innovative solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of the dynamic semiconductor industry and the ability to develop strategies that anticipate market trends and business implications.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, ensuring executive-level engagement and strategic alignment in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Collaborate with technology teams to map future needs with preferred OEM programs and lead negotiations to achieve optimal results in cost, lifecycle, and support.
- Develop and maintain a robust preferred supplier list across electronic commodities to guide technology groups toward optimal OEM choices for development and long-term support.
- Lead annual negotiations and implement contracts that secure supply, optimize costs, and ensure lifecycle support.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and external manufacturing partners to provide expertise and support throughout the supply chain.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to leverage AI-driven insights for sourcing strategies and negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tools such as Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 10+ years of industry experience in electronics sourcing or supply chain management.
