ABOUT THE JOB

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will support part and process development from design to production, troubleshoot problems in assigned processes, plan and execute installation/operation qualifications, and support continuous improvement activities.

Determine manufacturing processes for new parts, reducing cost and improving yield on existing parts
Optimize processes by improving quality, efficiency, and safety, as well as reducing downtime
Develop tooling, create work instructions, and interface with customers regarding DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
Develop and control processes such as chemical etching, metal plating, flex circuit fabrication and assembly, laser and EDM Cutting, metal forming, spot welding, and soldering

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
Desire to work in a hands-on, fast-paced, and team/collaborative environment
Good project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Process engineering, plating, and/or manufacturing engineering experience a plus
