Document Handler (Seasonal)

Location: Lewisville, TX (in office)

Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Start Date: January 21st, 2024

Hours: This is a seasonal 5-month full-time position.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Sort, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
Ensure company and project documentation tasks are completed according to the requirement of the day (sorting through documents, preparing documents to be scanned, organization of online documents
Provide support in the execution of the different stages of development of IMS projects where necessary
Report to implementation supervisor for daily assignments
Use computers to organize and distribute documents to the correct client
Conduct regular reviews of accuracy and cleanliness of the documents

Qualifications:

Experience in document handling preferred
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Ability to work seated or standing for a full 8-hour shift
Have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Skills to do manual jobs and basic tasks on a computer
Ability to work well with others
Must be punctual and on time to scheduled shifts
