As an Oil and Gas Project Manager, you will lead multi-disciplined teams to design and develop projects for Energy, Industrial, and Government clients, focusing on natural gas distribution and transmission systems. You will manage environmental, natural, and cultural resource assessments, various permitting processes, pipeline design, and construction plan preparation, to ensure project success by overseeing safety, risk management, quality, schedule, technical aspects, client objectives, and profitability. Effective communication and fostering a positive working environment are essential. Additionally, you will support business development to grow the company.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Team Management: Lead and manage multi-disciplined teams on turnkey pipeline projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Project Execution: Oversee the overall execution of projects, including safety, risk management, quality, schedule, technical aspects, and profitability.
- Permitting and Design: Handle environmental and non-environmental permitting processes, and design distribution and transmission pipelines, including site grading, drainage, and erosion control plans.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, stormwater, and utility modeling programs to prepare detailed construction drawings and plans.
- Business Development: Assist in business development activities to expand the company's client base and project portfolio.

What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
- 6+ years' experience, with 4+ years' experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
- 3+ years' experience as a project manager
- Experience managing multi-disciplined teams on turnkey pipeline projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with teammates and clients
- Excellent computer skills and well-organized
