Role & Responsibilities

MSA review and data entry using ViewPoint and SharePoint
Assist with document entry & maintaining accurate digital records
Support compliance tracking by organizing required documentation and ensuring files are up to date
Help coordinate and prepare materials for company events, meetings, and community outreach activities
Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and day-of support for outside events
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling company information

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to clearly speak, read, write and understand the English language.
Ability to perform basic functions in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook, and learn various delivery company software.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range

$20 - $22 USD
