Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Completes a wide variety of administrative tasks for the CEO & executive team, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments and meetings; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
- Ability to communicate on behalf of the CEO in regard to scheduling, itinerary, or other updates as needed.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables, including drafting internal letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEOs ability to effectively lead the company.
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of the senior management and executive team meetings.
- Facilitates cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans.
- Coordinates staff meetings, staff correspondence, and documents needed for company-wide communication.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting C-level Executives.
- Strong drive and commitment to providing exceptional care and support to others.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Prior experience in the AEC industry is beneficial but not required.
Compensation:
The candidates skill and experience level will determine the salary and be highly competitive with industry standards. The benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, and performance bonuses. The expected hourly rate for this position is $29-$34.
