Outreach Coordinator

Job Location: Visalia

Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 9-hours and Friday 4-hours

Responsibilities

4Creeks is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to work under the direction of a Water Program Manager on our Water Administration team.

Responsibilities for this position would include:

Planning: Facilitating and organizing community engagement activities and events, such as sales, marketing, and outreach events, to promote the organization's services and raise awareness
Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with community, corporate, civic, and educational organizations
Providing resources: Identifying resources for clients and the community, and providing information, referrals, and advocacy to help them access services
Developing materials: Organizes and oversees marketing and multimedia plans/materials to garner community support and raise awareness.

This position will be office and field work with site visits as necessary. Field work will be at project sites and are typically within a 50-mile radius of Visalia.

Minimum Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Fundraising, Communication, Marketing, or other related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Compensation

The hourly rate will be determined by the candidate's skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. The benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, performance bonuses, and participation in a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The expected pay range for this position is $30 - $40/hr.

This position may require occasional field work which requires the ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of weather and terrain conditions.

This position also requires an active smartphone device and service plan, which will be compensated for appropriately.

Must have a valid CA Drivers License and a vehicle that can drive up to 100 miles. Business use of personal vehicles will be compensated for appropriately. Employees must follow all company policies related to vehicles, including safety, insurance, and other applicable policies.
