4CG is seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Land Development projects. The Construction Manager's primary responsibility is to assist with the construction and field management of the job site as it relates to commercial construction. This includes but is not limited to scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, client walk-throughs, inspections, subdivision upkeep, and enforcing safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position would include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform project supervision under the direction of a Project Manager
- Assist in managing the work of subcontractors and other support staff
- Assist in quality control and quality assurance for projects
- Oversee daily operations at project sites
- Self-performing trades as directed by the project manager
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Project picture logging
- Maintaining job site safety
- Constructability reviews
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling
- Daily log reports
- Lifting: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, as well as raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position
- Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Construction Management, focusing on single-family subdivision Land Development projects.
- Experience in construction for the home building industry preferred.
Compensation
Salary will range from $95k to $125k per year, depending on the candidate's skills and experience level. This position is eligible to receive our benefits package, which includes medical and dental insurance, a Company 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor annual company contribution, an annual bonus program, a cell phone stipend, ten paid holidays, an accrual plan for paid sick leave, and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
